Wellness and Lifestyle Mastery Program

The program focuses on teaching students how to create and maintain sustainable wellness habits, utilizing technology to set and track SMART goals.
Participants will learn stress-management techniques such as meditation, breathwork, and yoga, creating a total mind-body wellness experience. Guest instructors will lead dynamic exercise classes, including Spinning, Cardio Hip-Hop, Yoga, and Pilates, ensuring that students experience a wide range of fitness modalities.
To thrive in this program, students should have a keen interest in healthy lifestyles. Admission is contingent upon the completion of the Summer Institute application.

If your home country is not one of the 40 countries in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, you will need a B-2 Visitor Visa to attend the program.
The B-2 visa is for tourism and short-term study (under 16–18 hours of classes per week).
After enrollment, you will receive a Letter of Introduction to help support your visa application.
