Les Diablerets, Swiss Alps
Languages: English or French (fully bilingual environment)
The Camp is designed for teenagers ready to go further — physically, mentally, and socially. Set in the heart of the Swiss Alps in Les Diablerets, this programme offers an action-packed summer of outdoor adventure, personal growth, and community for teens seeking challenge, independence, and real experiences beyond the ordinary summer camp.
This is not a junior camp, and not a performance-driven sports programme. It is a balanced, age-appropriate adventure experience where teens are trusted with responsibility, encouraged to lead, and supported as they push their limits — all in a safe, structured, and screen-free environment.
***
Campers live fully offline during their stay — no phones, no Wi-Fi, no screens.
This intentional digital detox allows teens to:
Be fully present and engaged in real experiences
Build independence and self-confidence
Strengthen focus, resilience, and emotional awareness
Create deep friendships through shared challenges
Without digital distractions, teens reconnect with themselves, others, and the natural world.
***
Each day is carefully structured to balance high-energy adventure, choice, teamwork, and recovery, while remaining flexible to weather and group dynamics.
***
Mornings are dedicated to technical and adventure-focused activities, rotating throughout the week. Depending on conditions and group interests, activities may include:
Rock climbing and Via Ferrata
Mountain biking on alpine trails
Survival and bushcraft skills
Water sports and lake activities
Outdoor navigation and expedition skills
Activities are adapted to ability level, allowing both beginners and experienced participants to progress confidently.
***
Afternoons offer variety and autonomy. Teens choose from several options designed to encourage exploration, recovery, and social connection.
Activities may include:
Hiking and ridge walks
Team sports and multi-sport games
Creative outdoor projects
Wilderness cooking and campcraft
Optional English or French language workshops
This choice-based structure promotes motivation, independence, and ownership of the experience.
***
Evenings are dedicated to group connection and leadership development. Activities include:
Team challenges and strategy games
Night orienteering and missions
Campfire discussions and reflection
Leadership workshops and group problem-solving
These moments strengthen communication, trust, and group identity — key elements of the senior camp experience.
***
Each week includes standout experiences designed specifically for teens:
A two-day bivouac or wild camping expedition
A high-alpine Via Ferrata adventure
Sunrise or sunset mountain outings
Secret swimming spots and alpine lake sessions
Expedition-style challenges requiring teamwork and planning
These experiences are often the most powerful and memorable moments of the week.
***
All activities follow a Challenge by Choice approach:
Teens are encouraged, not forced, to push their limits
Activities are adapted to group ability and conditions
Progress is measured by personal growth, not competition
Instructors challenge, support, and respect boundaries
The goal is confidence, resilience, and pride — not pressure.
***
A healthy level of fitness is recommended, but no specialist training is required. Regular activity such as hiking, cycling, swimming, or team sports before camp is more than sufficient.
The focus is on adventure, learning, and shared experience — not performance.
***
Teens arrive with a wide range of outdoor experience. That’s expected — and embraced.
Instructors:
Teach skills step by step
Encourage responsibility and initiative
Support beginners while challenging advanced participants
Foster confidence through real responsibility and trust
By the end of camp, participants are more capable, confident, and self-reliant.
***
Participants come from across Switzerland and internationally, creating a mature, respectful, and inclusive group atmosphere.
The senior camp community is known for being:
Supportive and welcoming
Curious and open-minded
Strongly bonded through shared challenges
Many teens arrive alone — and leave with lasting friendships and unforgettable memories.
***
The camp operates in a fully English–French bilingual environment. Communication, activities, and leadership moments naturally encourage language confidence through immersion.
Optional language workshops are available for those who wish to deepen their skills.
***

***
The Senior Adventure Camp offers teenagers a rare opportunity to:
Take on meaningful challenges in the mountains
Build confidence, resilience, and independence
Develop leadership, teamwork, and life skills
Disconnect from digital pressure
Be part of a strong, international community
A powerful, unforgettable summer of growth and adventure — the Club way.
