Itinerary �*

Day 1 — Flight to Athens, Greece

Fly overnight to Athens and begin your adventure with orientation, icebreakers, and time to bond with your group.

Day 2 — Athens, Greece

Explore the historic heart of Athens. Visit the Parthenon and Acropolis, see the Acropolis Museum, and wander through the bustling Plaka district filled with shops and markets.

Days 3–5 — Naxos, Greece 🇬�*

Ferry across the Aegean Sea to Naxos. Stroll through Hora’s Venetian castle area, enjoy cafés and boutiques, and relax on the island’s beaches. Learn to SCUBA dive on an underwater adventure and cook a traditional Greek meal in the village of Galini.

Note: SCUBA participation may be restricted for travelers with certain medical conditions.

Days 6–8 — Santorini, Greece

Take in Santorini’s iconic white-washed cliffs and unforgettable sunsets. Explore Fira, descend by cable car to the port, and sail to Nea Kameni volcano for a hike and swim in warm volcanic hot springs. Enjoy dinner in Oia and kayak along the island’s red, white, and black sand beaches before snorkeling in the Aegean Sea.

Day 9 — Athens, Greece

Return to Athens for one last evening in the Plaka, the perfect time for sunsets, souvenirs, and preparing for Italy.

Days 10–13 — Florence, Italy 🇮�*

Fly to Florence to explore the birthplace of the Renaissance. Visit the Duomo, admire Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia, and browse the leather markets. Take part in a hands-on Italian cooking class and enjoy Florence’s incredible gelato. In Tuscany, zipline above emerald waters in a secluded canyon and paddleboard along the peaceful river.

Days 14–16 — The Amalfi Coast (Sorrento, Positano & Capri)

Discover the Amalfi Coast — one of Italy’s most breathtaking regions. Cruise to Capri for a swim near its famous grottos, relax on Positano’s beautiful beaches, and explore Sorrento’s lively piazzas and seaside views. With sunshine, scenery, and Italian charm, this stretch of coastline is a trip highlight.

Days 17–19 — Rome, Italy + Pompeii

Welcome to the Eternal City! Step inside the Colosseum, explore the Pantheon and Roman Forum, and visit Vatican City to see St. Peter’s Square and the Sistine Chapel. Enjoy life at the Spanish Steps, dine in Piazza Navona, and participate in a Roman toga party.

Take a guided trip to Pompeii, walking through the streets and buildings preserved by volcanic ash nearly 2,000 years ago — an unforgettable look into ancient life.

Day 20 — Return Flight Home From Rome

Say farewell to your friends and head home with extraordinary memories from Greece and Italy.

Flight to Athens, Greece:

A chaperoned flight departs from the New York area. Participants outside New York may connect into the area with assistance or meet the group directly in Athens.

Internal Flight:

An additional $395 USD internal flight fee applies for travel from Greece to Italy.

Return Flight From Rome, Italy:

A chaperoned flight back to New York is available. Participants may connect onward from New York or fly directly home from Rome with leader support.

Meals & New Cuisines 🍽️

Breakfast is buffet-style at the hotels. Dinners are enjoyed together as a group or in smaller student-chosen groups. Lunches are purchased in small groups at local cafés and bistros. Teens enjoy Greek yogurt, fresh feta, gyros, pizza, pasta, gelato, and more. Dietary accommodations include vegetarian, allergies, lactose intolerance, celiac, and kosher-style options.
