AgriFood Tech Summer Program 🌱🔬

Designed for students passionate about the future of food. Across Milan, Piacenza and Turin — the heart of Italy's agrifood ecosystem — participants explore how science and technology are transforming what we eat: from food chemistry and safety to vertical farming, traceability and blockchain. Hands-on work and company visits culminate in each student's own food-innovation concept.

The program moves between classrooms, labs and the companies leading the sector: Milan's innovation ecosystem, Piacenza's agricultural research heartland, and Turin's food-industry legacy — a country that is a global reference point for food quality, safety and innovation.

This sample schedule shows what a weekday looks like for students on the programme. Times may vary slightly depending on activities or excursions.

Residential Program

• 10:00 – 12:30 – Morning classes

• 12:30 – 13:30 – Lunch

📚 Afternoon

• 13:30 – 16:30 – Afternoon labs

• 17:00 – 19:00 – Excursions / free time

• 17:30 – 19:00 – Welcome session (arrival day only)

🍝 Evening

• 19:00 – 20:00 – Dinner

• 20:00 – 22:30 – Supervised night activities

🌙 Night

• 23:00 – Lights out

Day Program (Monday–Friday): Morning classes 10:00–12:30, Lunch 12:30–13:30, Afternoon labs 13:30–16:30.
