A two-week engineering preparation course for motivated students aged 14 to 17 🔧�*

Discover engineering in the heart of the City of London. This two-week programme is designed for students who are thinking about studying Engineering and want real preparation, hands-on experience and early insight into university-level STEM. You will learn the Maths and Physics behind engineering, explore different disciplines and take part in workshops, industry visits and team challenges.

This is not a sightseeing camp. It is serious early career preparation.

• Future civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, aerospace, biomedical or environmental engineers

Students work in teams on a two-week engineering challenge:

This develops leadership, communication, planning, creative thinking and problem solving. It is excellent material for future interviews and personal statements.

Teaching takes place at a modern college in the City of London, surrounded by finance, technology, transport and infrastructure. Students learn in an area where engineering shapes everyday life.

Accommodation 🛏️

Students stay in modern, high-quality accommodation next to the college.

Standard room:

Private bedroom within a small flat shared with one or two students.

Ensuite room:

Private bedroom with private shower room, small double bed, desk and storage.

The residence is modern yet historic, with part of the ancient Roman Wall running through the basement.

Fees:

• £5,000 for 2 weeks (standard room)

• £5,200 for 2 weeks (ensuite room)

• £3,000 for day students (Monday to Friday including lunch and programme)

Fees cover tuition, materials, accommodation (boarders), meals, insurance (boarders), Heathrow transfers during set hours, trips and activities.
