Superior decision-making skills are essential for navigating the world - and especially for future leaders. In this course, students learn the various ways in which decision-making can be biased by internal and external forces, and how to manage collaborative decisions regarding groups of competing interests. In addition to these insights, they will be trained in practical tools and methodology that they can use for the rest of their life and career. Many parents wish for their children to make good decisions, and in this course they will improve their lifelong chances of doing so.

In this program, students will participate in both lecture and hands-on exercises in which they learn how to source information from various stakeholders, deconstruct the reasoning of the stakeholders, and make a decision-making protocol that can lead to improved decision-making. Students will be invited to apply the method to decisions in their own life within the course, and get them accustomed to making more methodological decisions.
