The Nike Golf Camp at Bradfield College is a residential summer camp for boys and girls aged 10–17 who already play golf, from novice to experienced level. With up to 24 hours of golf coaching and play each week, players train like rising professionals using on-site course and Trackman technology, alongside excursions and evening activities.
Players are assessed on arrival and grouped by age and ability, and each player receives an individual coaching review, a certificate and a report to take home.
Players train twice a day in small groups with individual feedback. Coaching combines Trackman 4 swing analysis, skills tests and drills with on-course shot management. Each week includes a competition day at a local golf club (with an 18-hole round for advanced players), a tournament day and an awards ceremony.
Coaching is led by Simon McGreal, Lead PGA Coach, a PGA professional of more than 25 years who has competed on the Canadian/Korn Ferry and PGA Tours, plays on the UK's Masters Tour and is the full-time resident PGA professional at Bradfield College.
Every player receives the same amount of golf coaching; the difference lies in how the afternoons are spent:
Total Golf: up to 8 hours a week of golf workshops on topics such as nutrition, teamwork, goal-setting, communication and match analysis, giving an insight into the lifestyle and mindset of a professional.
Golf + English: up to 13 hours a week of English lessons taught by qualified teachers using the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) method, with golf-themed projects and discussions. Ideal for international players who want to build their confidence in English.
Each day follows a simple, active rhythm: breakfast and a morning meeting, followed by the first golf session; lunch, then workshops or English lessons in the afternoon; and dinner followed by a second golf session before downtime and the evening programme.
Bradfield College is a leading English independent school near Reading, with a historic campus and modern sports facilities. It is about 48 miles (77 km) from central London; London Heathrow is 35 miles (56 km) away and London Gatwick 71 miles (114 km). Golf facilities include a 9-hole course on site, an indoor golf performance studio with Trackman, and access to an 18-hole course off site.
This is a fully residential camp. Players live on site at Bradfield College in a mix of single and shared bedrooms, and all meals are provided: three meals a day plus an evening snack. Outside training, players can unwind and make friends in the players' lounge.
Excursions are built into every camp:
London (every other week): a city tour taking in Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, a ride on the Thames and time for shopping.
Oxford (every other week): a tour of the historic university city.
Theme park (two-week camps only): a full day of rides and fairground games at a major UK theme park.
Evenings bring a varied activities programme, and players can relax and socialise in the players' lounge. Weekly awards ceremonies celebrate effort and achievement in front of peers and staff.
All 2027 sessions take place at Bradfield College, with one-week and two-week options throughout the summer. Each one-week camp is 6 nights and each two-week camp is 13 nights; 2027 sessions run Monday to Sunday.

Up to 24 hours a week of golf coaching and games; up to 8 hours a week of workshops (Total Golf) or up to 13 hours a week of English lessons (Golf + English); a competition day at a local golf club; on-site accommodation; three meals a day plus an evening snack; excursions; the evening activities programme; an exclusive Nike gift pack; an individual coaching review, certificate and take-home report; 24/7 welfare staff; on-site medical support; and travel insurance.
Not included: flights and airport transfers. An airport transfer service from London Heathrow or Gatwick, with staff meeting players on arrival day and accompanying them back on departure day, can be added after booking at an extra cost.
Welfare staff are on site 24 hours a day, with a staff-to-player ratio of 1:6 and on-site medical support throughout the camp. Safeguarding and child-welfare procedures are a central part of the programme, and travel insurance is included in the fee. Players are assessed on arrival and placed in groups matched to their age and ability, so everyone trains at the right level. Camps welcome young people from more than 100 nationalities, with around 30% native English speakers, creating a genuinely international but well-supervised environment.
This camp suits boys and girls aged 10–17 who already play golf and want structured, technology-led coaching to lower their scores, from improving novices to experienced juniors. It is not designed for complete beginners. International players can combine their golf with English lessons.
