Begin with an overnight flight across the International Date Line. You’ll “lose” a day here but regain it on your return. Upon landing, the group gathers for orientation, icebreakers, and the start of your New Zealand adventure.
Settle into Kiwi life with a warm, friendly welcome. Explore the city on a guided tour, hike up Mt. Eden for panoramic crater views, walk the stunning waterfront, and visit the All Blacks Experience — a hands-on introduction to rugby and Māori culture.
Get ready for adrenaline. Raft the Kaituna River with its 22-foot waterfall drop, visit colorful geothermal hot springs at Wai-O-Tapu, wander Kuirau Park’s steaming pools, and ride the gondola for scenic views followed by thrilling luge runs. Experience zorbing, then stop at Huka Falls and Lake Taupo for classic New Zealand scenery.
Immerse yourself in rural Kiwi life at Blue Duck Station, a working farm and conservation property deep in Whanganui National Park. Activities may include kayaking, hiking, sheep shearing, and helping with local conservation efforts. Nights bring clear skies and a peaceful, authentic New Zealand countryside experience.
Return north with a stop at spectacular glowworm caves, where thousands of blue lights illuminate the cavern ceiling like stars. After this unforgettable experience, settle into Auckland for a relaxing evening and a great dinner.
Welcome to the Gold Coast. Learn to surf with professional instructors, kayak through bright waterways, and explore Coolangatta’s laid-back beach culture. Enjoy free time by the ocean and soak in the vibrant coastal atmosphere.
Meet Australia’s iconic wildlife at a leading conservation zoo where kangaroos, koalas, and crocodiles take center stage. Explore South Bank, browse shops and cafés, and enjoy the riverfront charm of Queensland’s capital city.
Begin with a rush at a cable water-sports park before heading to the Great Barrier Reef for snorkeling or SCUBA diving* among vivid coral, turtles, and tropical fish. Spend a day chasing waterfalls and hiking lush rainforest trails. Cairns offers the perfect blend of sun, wildlife, and breathtaking natural beauty.
(*SCUBA participation depends on medical eligibility.)
Finish strong in Sydney, a city full of world-class views and bucket-list experiences. Climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge, challenge yourself on a treetop ropes course, and enjoy the famous Coogee-to-Bondi coastal walk. Explore Pitt Street and the Queen Victoria Building, take a guided tour of the iconic Opera House, and zip across the harbour on a thrilling jet-boat ride.
Say goodbye to your new friends and fly home—this time gaining back the day you lost crossing the International Date Line. Your adventure may end here, but the memories last forever.
