Transfers operate from London Heathrow Airport on official arrival and departure days and are included in the programme price. Families are encouraged to book flights arriving before 3:00 PM so students can join the final transfer of the day.

In the early evening, students enjoy dinner with their classmates, creating a relaxed social environment where friendships grow. After dinner, some days include optional activities such as welcome talks, reflection sessions, or celebratory events. Pick-up generally takes place between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, though special events—such as a celebratory dinner or end-of-week social—may run later. 🌙🎉
Parents or guardians are responsible for morning drop-off and evening pick-up within the designated timetable windows.
