Location: Harrow School *

Harrow School has a history stretching back to 1572, when it was founded under a Royal Charter from Queen Elizabeth I. Over the centuries, it has become one of England’s most respected independent schools, known for its academic standards, longstanding traditions, and striking architecture.

Today, that heritage blends with a modern, forward-facing approach to teaching, creativity, and sport. Studying on this campus gives students a meaningful connection to the story of British education, offering an inspiring setting to learn, explore, and grow — whether they are just beginning their academic journey or ready to dive into more advanced study.

Life in Harrow 🏛️

Students stay in standard shared rooms at Harrow School, with caring house parents and on-course staff ensuring comfort, safety, and support throughout their stay.

Meals and Catering 🍽️

Meals are provided on a full-board basis, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. Students eat in the school's dining hall or at local restaurants. All dietary requirements are catered for.

Day Students / Non-Residential Schedule Overview 🌞

Teens attending the Harrow day-student programme enjoy a full and engaging day on campus, built around lessons, activities, and social experiences — while returning home in the evening. Each day begins with drop-off between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, followed by morning lessons designed to help students build confidence, strengthen academic foundations, and learn in small, supportive groups. Short breaks are included throughout the morning to keep students energised and focused. 📘☕

Afternoons include a mix of activities, 21st Century Skills Explorers sessions, break times, directed study, and enrichment blocks, depending on the day. One of the highlights of the timetable is the Day Trip on Wednesday, which runs from morning to late afternoon. This trip is optional for day students — they may opt out if they prefer. 🌿✨

In the early evening, students enjoy dinner included each day, giving them time to relax and socialise with their classmates. After dinner, there are calm end-of-day sessions such as downtime, games, graduation events, and — on Friday — an optional disco from 7pm–9pm. Evening pick-up happens around 6:30–7:00 PM, unless a special event runs later. 🌙🎉
