Business of Luxury Goods Summer Program 💼✨

The Italian Business Excellence Management (IBEM) program has a strong focus on the luxury sector, where Italian companies excel: Fashion, Automotive, Yachting, Jewelry & Watches, and Hospitality. Unlike traditional business summer programs, this one is extremely hands-on, built to teach skills you won't find in university textbooks. Students learn the "Made in Italy" managerial model directly from top executives and founders, through company visits, applied workshops and a real business challenge.

The IBEM is headquartered in the heart of Milan, home to the stock exchange, major banks and numerous multinational HQs. Students alternate in-class lectures within walking distance of their accommodation with company and innovation-district visits across Northern Italy, the country's primary industrial and economic powerhouse.

01 – Leadership & Entrepreneurial Mindset Foundations of Italian business management: leadership, strategy and the organizational models behind Italian enterprise excellence.

02 – Strategy, Finance & Internationalization Applied workshops and direct interaction with industry leaders on strategy, finance and taking a business global.

03 – Industry Deep Dive & Real Business Project Company visits across Italy's luxury sectors, culminating in a group project built around creating a real business.

Residential Program

Day Program (Monday–Friday): Morning classes 10:00–12:30, Lunch 12:30–13:30, Afternoon labs 13:30–16:30.
