Accommodation is available in single or twin rooms, depending on the tier selected.

Meals are provided on a full-board basis, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students eat in the college dining hall or at selected local restaurants. All dietary requirements are fully catered for.

Transfers operate from London Heathrow Airport on official arrival and departure days and are included in the programme price. In the early evening, students enjoy dinner with their classmates, creating a relaxed social environment where friendships grow. After dinner, some days include optional activities such as welcome talks, reflection sessions, or celebratory events. Pick-up generally takes place between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, though special events—such as a celebratory dinner or end-of-week social—may run later. 🌙🎉
Parents or guardians are responsible for morning drop-off and evening pick-up within the designated timetable windows.
