A University-Based Experience for Teens (Ages 13–18)

Hosted on a prestigious university campus just minutes from downtown, this English summer programme combines high-quality language tuition with exciting cultural experiences across Massachusetts and New England.

The programme takes place on a beautiful university campus in Medford, Massachusetts, approximately 20 minutes from historic downtown Boston and 30 minutes from Logan International Airport (BOS).
Students enjoy a true American college setting with access to:

13:30 – 17:30 | Excursions or Activities
Afternoons are dedicated to discovering Boston and its surroundings or taking part in organised activities. Depending on the day, students may:
Walk the Freedom Trail
Visit Harvard or MIT
Explore Quincy Market or Chinatown
Join sports, arts, or team challenges on campus
All excursions are fully supervised, with transport included.

Dinner is served on campus or enjoyed out in the city on excursion days.
19:00 – 21:00 | Evening Activities
Each evening features a different social event, such as:
Karaoke or talent shows
Team games and quizzes

“Boston by Night” experiences
These relaxed sessions encourage friendships and help students practise English naturally.

Students return to their residence halls to unwind, socialise quietly, or prepare for the next day.
22:00 – 22:30 | Curfew & Lights Out
Night staff are on duty to ensure students are safe, comfortable, and ready for a good night’s sleep.

💡 Please note: On full-day excursion days (such as the Charles River & Museum of Science trip), lessons are replaced with a full day of sightseeing and cultural exploration.

Day students join the programme from Monday to Friday, with each week always starting on a Monday. Their daily schedule is designed to give a full summer school experience, including tuition, lunch, and supervised afternoon activities, while allowing students to return home in the evening.
Arrival:
Day students arrive on campus in the morning before lessons begin.
Morning (Tuition):
Students take part in structured English lessons and academic sessions alongside residential students, taught in small, level-streamed classes.
Lunch (Included):
A hot lunch is provided on campus each day, allowing day students to socialise and recharge with their peers.
Afternoon (Activities & Excursions):
After lunch, day students join the full afternoon programme, which may include:
Sports and team games
Creative workshops
Campus-based activities
Local excursions (on designated days)
Departure:
Day students depart campus in the late afternoon after the scheduled activities.
