The programme takes place on a beautiful university campus in Medford, Massachusetts, approximately 20 minutes from historic downtown Boston and 30 minutes from Logan International Airport (BOS).

08:00 – 09:00 | Breakfast

Students start the day with a nutritious breakfast in the campus dining hall, preparing for lessons ahead.

09:00 – 12:30 | English Lessons

Morning classes focus on developing:

  • Vocabulary and grammar in context

  • Confidence in real-world communication

Lessons are interactive and student-centred, with regular short breaks to keep energy levels high.

Afternoons are dedicated to discovering Boston and its surroundings or taking part in organised activities. Depending on the day, students may:

  • Walk the Freedom Trail

  • Visit Harvard or MIT

  • Explore Quincy Market or Chinatown

  • Join sports, arts, or team challenges on campus

All excursions are fully supervised, with transport included.

18:00 – 19:00 | Dinner

Dinner is served on campus or enjoyed out in the city on excursion days.

19:00 – 21:00 | Evening Activities

🕘 Day Student Schedule

Day students join the programme from Monday to Friday, with each week always starting on a Monday. Their daily schedule is designed to give a full summer school experience, including tuition, lunch, and supervised afternoon activities, while allowing students to return home in the evening.

Afternoon (Activities & Excursions):

After lunch, day students join the full afternoon programme, which may include:

  • Local excursions (on designated days)

Departure:

Day students depart campus in the late afternoon after the scheduled activities.

ℹ️ Important Notes for Parents

  • Day students follow the same academic and activity programme as residential students during the day.

  • Evening activities, dinner, and overnight accommodation are not included for day students.

  • On full-day excursion days, participation for day students will be confirmed in advance.

  • Logan International Airport (BOS) – approx. 30 minutes from campus

  • Airport transfers available at additional cost

  • Students under 16 using transfers travel with approved taxis and receive airport assistance
