World-Class Summer Program for junior young learners, ages 8-13, might be the first sleeping away from home. Let’s rephrase it as a one big sleepover, for minimum 2 weeks, with new best friends from all around the world.
This Swiss summer camp is going to enrich your child’s summer with a unique life experience, with the quality label “Made in Switzerland”.
Children will meet other cultures while living in the middle of the Alpine countryside. Meanwhile World-Class Summer Camp at Gstaad offers immersion in language , sports, creative activities and adventure.

Location
During our summer holidays, the Schönried campus in the picturesque Swiss region of Gstaad —a famous mountain resort nestled in the Swiss Alps and nowadays home to world-famous celebrities— hosts summer camp participants in large Swiss chalets set in some of the most beautiful scenery in Switzerland.
The region abounds with sites of natural beauty and has an excellent infrastructure, allowing visitors to make the most of sporting and mountain pursuits in safety, including:
Swimming pools
Tennis courts
A bowling alley
Zip-lining routes and cross-country tracks
Climbing walls and Via Ferratas laid out to help students learn to climb in a safe environment
A centre for alpine expeditions
Course Description
World-Class Summer School in Gstaad is structured to make the most of your child’s time here, balancing intellectual pursuits with creative work, cultural explorations and time to socialize and make friends for life.
How? Here is the answer:
Choose English or French lessons for the duration of the camp. Classes take place in the mornings, 2 periods of 75 minutes
**LANGUAGE(English or French)**After taking a level placement test upon arrival, you will be grouped with other students who have the same level as you.
After 2 weeks of language study , Ultimate Adventure week starts.
Instead of language lessons in the mornings and sports/arts in the afternoons, we’ll take you on an original adventure that will last the entire week. Join a group of maximum 30 students for a spectacular final week of energy-packed activities that will take your breath away!
Accommodation
Gstaad Campus provides on campus rooms which are spacious twins with ensuite bathrooms. Boys and girls sleep in separate buildings. Each room is occupied by 2 different nationalities/cultures to make sure an intercultural exchange can happen.

In the afternoons: Sports and Creative Activities
We would love to show you how to make the most of living in the Alps! That’s why we put together a broad sports and arts program for all participants, ensuring that you will be able to do different activities each week, based on some, but not all, of the following activities: basketball, climbing, cooking, creative arts, football, golf (practice only), mountain trekking, swimming, tennis.
In the evenings : Entertainment
Every evening has something different in store! From inter-team competitions to discos, BBQs or spending the night in a local mountain hut!
On weekends…
On Saturday morning, there will be two shorter language lessons. In the afternoons, you will participate in an excursion.
Sunday starts with a brunch, and continues with an all-day excursion.
For those children whose parents are visiting for the weekend, you may leave campus after Saturday morning lessons and return on Sunday before dinner.
Getting to Gstaad Campus
A school desk is situated in the Arrivals area at Geneva Airport. Children traveling alone are met by our staff and driven to camp. Transfers to and from the school are included in the camp fee as long as they take place on the official dates of start and end of camp. Outside these dates, transport will be charged to the student ( around CHF 500 between Gstaad Campus and the Airport) The Gstaad Campus can be reached from the airport in 2h30m.
Fees include
Full board and accommodation in a twin-bed room (or, at certain camps or special activities, in tents or mountain refuges), according to age.
Provision of bed linen and towels.
Full laundry service (dry cleaning is not provided during the camps).
Classes, sports, arts and activities offered within the programme, including associated coaching and material. Evening activities.
Excursions, cruises and weekend activities.
Insurance of emergency expenses in case of accident and illness. This is a travel insurance and assistance solution providing cover in the event of a medical emergency resulting from illness or accident. If the child’s health/accident insurance in his/her country of residence does not cover the costs abroad or if the child does not have health/accident insurance, our insurance is activated to cover the costs in Switzerland during the camp. In all cases, our company will contact the child’s health insurance, if it exists.
Personal liability insurance, and local taxes.
Transport to and from Geneva Airport on the official days of arrival and departure.
Separate sleeping buildings for boys and girls; sports and activities are mixed.
Youngest students may be in a co-ed building, segregated by floors.
Teacher to student ratio is 1:4.
Spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms; no single or triple rooms.
Each student gets a mini-safe; bedding and towels provided.
Roommates assigned for cultural exchange, with two different nationalities per room.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Fans, however, are available in case of a heat wave.
Wi-Fi available, subject to Camp Director's rules.
Laundry service provided: collected, washed, ironed, and returned. Staff labels laundry on arrival.
Internationally inspired meals, buffet-style, prepared by in-house chefs.
Attendance at all meals compulsory; tables shared with teachers.
Food allergies must be indicated in the health questionnaire.
Pork-containing meals are indicated; vegetarian options available.
Unable to provide Kosher, Halal, or vegan meals.
Birthdays are celebrated with special attention and organization of cakes and balloons for the occasion.

Afternoon Activities:
Diverse sports and arts program in the Alps.
Activities vary weekly, including basketball, climbing, cooking, creative arts, football, golf (practice only), mountain trekking, swimming, tennis, via ferrata.
Evening Entertainment:
Different activities each night: inter-team competitions, discos, movie nights, art and craft, board games, sports matches, BBQs.
Option to spend the night in a local mountain hut.
Weekend Schedule:
Saturday afternoon: Excursions (canoeing, laser games, bridge swing jumping).
Sunday: Starts with brunch, followed by an all-day excursion (Aquaparc, Glacier 3000).
Transfers from Geneva International Airport to camp are included in the camp fee on official start and end dates.
Approx 9 am to 2 pm (arrival at airpot)
Staff meets children traveling alone at Geneva Airport and drives them to camp.
Parents must arrange transfers if traveling outside official camp dates.
We do not provide transportation from/to Zürich Airport or any train station.
Children traveling alone are accompanied to Geneva Airport on official departure dates.
Unaccompanied Minor (UM) service requests must be reserved and paid to the airline before camp starts.
If you are travelling with your child, we are unable to offer you transportation. The campus is easily accessible by car or train (2h30 to Schönried).
