Step into the shoes of a CEO

What does it take to be a CEO? How do leaders make big decisions, build successful companies, and inspire people to follow their vision?

The Future CEO Programme, is an intensive two-week journey into the world of business, finance and trading. leadership, and entrepreneurship. Designed for ambitious high school students aged 13–18, it combines academic learning with hands-on experience, cultural discovery, and the chance to work alongside peers from around the world.

Here is what to expect:

Learn from the experts – Business strategy, marketing, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and start-up creation are taught industry professionals, who bring real-world experience into the classroom.

Work like a CEO – You will solve real business challenges, work in teams, and pitch your ideas, just like business leaders do. By the end of the programme, you will know how to analyse problems, take decisions, and present with confidence.

Industry simulation – Take part in a professional trading simulation, where you will step into the fast-paced world of global markets. You will experience the pressure of real-time decision-making, test your strategy, and see how financial choices impact outcomes, just as traders do every day.

Guest lectures – Learn directly from business leaders and entrepreneurs who share their expertise, insights and real-world experience of running companies.

Team projects – Collaborate with peers and present your findings, building communication skills, teamwork and critical thinking.

Accommodation

Imperial College London halls of residence – a prestigious university accommodation in the heart of South Kensington

Modern ensuite rooms – single or twin occupancy, each with private bathroom

Supportive environment – 24-hour on-site residential team for student wellbeing

• Full accommodation, a cooked breakfast and dinner (lunch can be purchased by card or using pre-paid lunch vouchers)
