Law provides the framework for social order, equality, and justice. This course invites students to explore law as both an academic field and a living system that shapes societies.
Through lectures, debates, and case studies, students examine how legal systems evolve to meet global challenges, and how law upholds human rights and democratic values in multicultural societies.
Module Examples:
Foundations of Law and Legal Systems
Constitutional Law and the Separation of Powers
Criminal Law and the Justice System
Contract and Commercial Law
Human Rights and International Law
By the end of the course, participants gain insight into how laws are created and interpreted — along with the reasoning and ethical awareness needed for advanced study.
