We offer three different programs tailored to the age of the children 🚡
- “Mini-champions” for children aged 3 to 6
- “Juniors” for children aged 7 to 10
- “Teens“ for children aged 11 and older
At the resort, there's a dedicated snow garden in the village for younger kids, where our aspiring champions can learn to ski in a safe, beginner-friendly zone. This area is equipped with moving walkways and a mini draglift, specifically designed for novice skiers.
- Classes are held Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 from 5 years old.
- We offer French, English as foreign language classes as well as tutoring.
- Classes are selected by ability and age.
Language Camp & Ski Intensive*
- French or English immersion 5 mornings a week from 9 to 12 am
- Ski afternoons with school pupils
- Ski afternoons - Wednesday & Saturday or Sunday with the school boarders
- Boarding life: evening and Week-Ends in a group of 20 to 30 French-English bilingual boarding pupils
*The programs are liable to be changed depending on weather conditions.
*From Saturday 10.02 to 17.02 = Intensive Ski Camp only (mornings and afternoons). No language course or academic courses over this period.
A typical day
Morning
- 7.45 am Wake up!
- 8.00 am Breakfast
- 9.00 am Leave for the SKI slopes OR Langauge lessons
- 12.00 pm Lunch at Bretaye
Afternoon
- 1.30 – 3.30 pm Ski
- 3.30 – 4.00 pm “Goûter”, hot chocolate then we go again!
- 4.00 – 5.00 pm Ski and back to campus
- 5.00 – 6.30 pm Shower, letter writing and games
Evening
- 6.30 pm Dinner
- 7.30 – 9.30 pm Evening activities and staggered bedtime
On the Slopes: Children enjoy skiing in small, supervised groups with experienced professionals focusing on skill development and strict adherence to safety protocols.
After-ski Activities:
- Tobogganing for pure pleasure in the resort or on the property.
- Ice skating available at Villars (indoor) and Gryon (outdoors).
- Winter hiking on marked trails, potentially spotting wildlife like chamois or deer.
- Relaxing in the natural hot springs at Lavey-les-Bains after skiing or snowboarding.
Evening Time: A happy and loving atmosphere for children to share moments with friends from around the world, with activities led by guides and educators. Special moments for siblings to reunite and enjoy laughter and fun.
Ski Test and Slalom: At the end of their stay, children take a ski test to earn a certificate and medal. The season concludes with a slalom race involving children and their parents, making them champions of the white arena.
