**2 Days Hiking Trip: **During the first week of each summer camp session, all our summer campers will leave for a 2-day hiking trip and spend a night in the mountain.

  • En-suite rooms for 2-4 students.

  • Separate chalets for boys and girls.

  • Double room option is subject to availability; not guaranteed. There is an extra charge of 100 CHF per child per day for a double room.

  • Fully catered with a varied international menu, freshly prepared and well balanced for a day full of activities.

  • Cater for all dietary requirements such as food allergies, religious diet, vegetarian diet etc., and tailored menu to suit the needs of our campers.

Arrival Assistance:

Language Courses

  • Students grouped by language proficiency.
  • Maximum of 7 students per teacher.
  • Available in French, English, Spanish, Mandarin and German.
  • Conversational, Intensive, and Private courses offered.
  • Detailed certificates and a portfolio of work provided.
  • Conversational Language Course is highly interactive, focusing on speaking skills. 8 hours of tuition per week, in 4 two-hour sessions.
  • Intensive Language Course covers speaking, reading, and writing. 15 hours of tuition per week, ideal for exam preparation or rapid progress. Typically 5 three-hour sessions each morning with afternoon activities.
  • Private Language Course available. One-on-one tuition, customizable to any number of hours per week. Flexible focus, ideal for specific learning objectives.

Exiting Activities

Skydiving at RealFly in Sion:

  • New activity offering the experience of skydiving without a plane.
  • Campers can fly for four or six one-minute flights in tandem with an instructor.

Mountain Hut at Relais D’Arpette:

  • New for the Explorer age group.
  • Recently renovated cabin in the mountains of Champex Lac, 30 minutes from Verbier.
  • Surrounded by forestry, open grasslands, and near a lake.
  • Activities include capture the flag, star gazing, campfire, water sports.

Zip-Line in Verbier:

  • Located on Mt Fort at 3330 m above sea level.
  • Offers views of Matterhorn and Mont Blanc.
  • One of Europe's largest zip-lines, reaching speeds up to 100kmph.
  • Ideal for adrenaline seekers.

Typical Day

  • 07:30: Wake-Up Call
  • 08:45: Morning Meeting - Groups meet with monitors for briefing on daily clothing and equipment needs, and possibly a warm-up activity.
  • 09:00 – 11:00: Language Classes - Children attend language lessons at the Language School, divided into small groups of maximum 7, sorted by language level.
  • 11:00 – 12:00: Optional/Group Activities
  • 12:00-12:45: Lunch - Lunch on campus, which could be a picnic or barbecue.
  • 12:45-16:15: Afternoon Activities - Activities vary by age group
  • 16:30-17:00: Shower Time & Relaxation
  • 17:00-18:45: Optional Activities - Activities like Football, Basketball, Table Tennis, Trampoline, etc.
  • 19:00-20:00: Dinner - Dinner at the camp or in a restaurant in Verbier.
  • 20:00: Evening Activities
  • Bedtime According to Age - Room checks and a tidy room competition.

Extras

Administration & Insurances:

  • Health Insurance and Insurance against accidents/weekly: 120 CHF

  • Cancellation Insurance/weekly: 80 CHF

  • Pocket Money Advice: Average of CHF 100 per week, for souvenirs and snacks (meals and most activities are included, except optional dine out). Pocket money can be left at the reception for safekeeping. Pocket money can be withdrawn daily from 16:00 to 17:00, and on excursion days, also from 08:00 to 09:00. Exact statement provided to the student at the end of the camp upon request.

  • Staff must have a valid First Aid Certificate and a current Criminal Records Check.

  • Two-week training course for all staff before each season.

  • Combines technical training and philosophy familiarization.

  • Collaboration with external guides/professionals for specialized activities like rock climbing, golf, horse riding, and tennis.

  • Camps supervised by a Resort Manager, an Activities Manager, and a Head Organizer.

  • Staff includes monitors, organizers, kitchen staff, secretaries, drivers, and cleaning staff.

  • Monitor to student ratio is 1:6, overall staff to student ratio is 1:2.

  • Sports experts for specific activities.

  • Activity Managers oversee monitors and instructors.

  • Specialized instructors for different sports.

  • Nurse and 24-hour reception and night guard for round-the-clock supervision.

  • Training content includes First Aid refresher, Lifeguard Training, Fire Safety, Child Protection awareness, and standard operating procedures.

  • Strict procedures for daily activities with risk elements.

  • Daily staff meetings to identify and mitigate risks.

  • Regular checks and debriefs throughout the day.
