Course Description: Supreme Summer Future Global Leader Program for Teenagers at Headington School Campus in Oxford

🌍 Future Global Leaders – Two-Week Programme

Inspire. Influence. Lead on the world stage.

Held on the stunning Headington Oxford campus in the UK, the Future Global Leaders course empowers students aged 12–16 to explore diplomacy, international relations, and global leadership in an engaging, practical way.

This two-week residential programme combines academic learning, debates, model UN sessions, and leadership workshops—equipping young changemakers with the tools to think critically, collaborate effectively, and lead with empathy.

Students take 15 hours of academic tuition per week in small classes (maximum 15 students) and join a rich social programme of activities and excursions. Each session ends with a Time to Shine presentation, where students showcase their achievements and insights.

The Future Global Leaders course helps students develop the mindset, confidence, and skills to make a positive impact in a globalised world.

Over two weeks, students will:

🌐 Explore topics such as politics, diplomacy, global economics, and human rights.

🗣️ Participate in debates, mock elections, and model UN simulations to understand how nations interact and negotiate.

🤝 Build cross-cultural awareness and communication skills by collaborating with peers from around the world.

🎯 Take part in leadership workshops that strengthen their ability to inspire, guide, and make decisions under pressure.

By the end of the course, participants gain a well-rounded understanding of how global systems work—and the personal qualities required to lead within them.

Module 1: Politics and Governance

🏛️ Learn how political systems function and how leaders make decisions that affect millions. Analyse real-world case studies, debate ideologies, and discover how individuals can influence political change.

Module 2: International Relations

🌐 Step into the world of diplomacy. Examine current global issues such as climate change, migration, and international security. Take part in negotiation simulations and learn how cooperation and conflict shape today’s global landscape.

Module 3: Leadership in Practice

💬 Leadership is about action. Through group challenges, debates, and public speaking exercises, students test their leadership styles, improve communication, and learn to guide others with confidence, empathy, and vision.
