Course Description

Business & Leadership Program

This transformative course delves into the essentials of democratic systems, leadership principles, and design thinking. Students will engage in projects focused on decision-making, leadership dynamics, and business blueprinting. To enrich the learning experience, participants will explore foundational writings on justice, conscious leadership, design thinking, and even a touch of Shakespeare with the first five lines of Hamlet.

To ensure a rewarding experience, we recommend:

• A GPA of 3.5 or above in business or a related field.

• Completion of the Summer Institute application, including thoughtful short-answer responses.

🛂 Visa Requirements for International Students

🌎 Students NOT in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program

If your home country is not one of the 40 countries in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, you will need a B-2 Visitor Visa to attend the program.

The B-2 visa is for tourism and short-term study (under 16–18 hours of classes per week).

After enrollment, you will receive a Letter of Introduction to help support your visa application.
