Experience the energy, beauty, and cultural richness of Thailand on this thrilling teen adventure program. Explore vibrant Bangkok, the jungles and temples of Chiang Mai, and the crystal-clear waters of Krabi. From zip-lining and elephant conservation to snorkeling in Koh Phi Phi and rock climbing at Railay Bay, this program offers unforgettable adventure and authentic cultural exchange. Traveling with a small, tight-knit group, you’ll form meaningful friendships as you discover Thailand’s warmth, food, traditions, and world-famous landscapes.

Itinerary �*

Day 1 – Flight to Bangkok, Thailand

Fly overnight to Bangkok. After arrival, enjoy orientation and fun icebreakers to begin bonding with your group.

Days 2–3 – Bangkok, Thailand

Begin with a warm welcome and an introduction to Thai customs. Explore Bangkok using Skytrain, canal boats, tuk-tuks, and longtail boats. Take part in a street-food walking tour and enjoy classic Thai dishes. Visit Erawan Shrine, Golden Mount, the Grand Palace, and Wat Pho (Reclining Buddha), while experiencing the friendliness that Thailand is known for.

Days 4–8 – Chiang Mai, Thailand

Embark on a thrilling multi-platform zip-line adventure in one of Chiang Mai’s oldest forests. Spend half a day learning about and caring for elephants in an ethical setting. Explore the Old City and temples—including Doi Suthep—and take part in a Muay Thai kickboxing lesson before discovering more of the region’s history and culture.

Days 9–12 – Krabi, Thailand

Travel south to Krabi’s emerald waters and limestone cliffs. At Chicken Island, choose to snorkel or SCUBA dive among vibrant fish, coral reefs, and sea turtles. At Railay Bay, rock climb with professional instructors and admire breathtaking views from the cliffs. Enjoy a second snorkeling trip at Koh Phi Phi and relax on Railay’s beaches.

Note: SCUBA participation may be restricted for travelers with certain medical conditions.

Days 13–14 – Bangkok, Thailand

Return to Bangkok for your final days exploring markets and canal communities. Enjoy a celebratory farewell banquet dinner.

Program Specifics ✈️

Flight to Bangkok:

This program begins with a chaperoned group flight departing from New York or Los Angeles. Leaders assist all participants from check-in forward. Travelers from outside these cities join by connecting into one of these gateways.

Internal Flights:

A required $595 USD internal flight fee covers flights from:

• Bangkok → Chiang Mai

• Chiang Mai → Krabi

• Krabi → Bangkok

Return Flight From Bangkok:

A chaperoned flight departs to New York or Los Angeles. Participants may join this group flight or fly independently from Bangkok with staff assistance during check-in and departure.

Meals & New Cuisines 🍽️

Thai cuisine is full of spice, fresh ingredients, and vibrant flavors. Expect noodles, fresh fruits, curries, and classic dishes from street markets and local restaurants. North American-style options are also available. Dietary needs such as vegetarian, allergies, celiac, and lactose intolerance can be accommodated.

Large containers of clean drinking water are provided throughout the program so participants can refill their reusable bottles safely.

Vaccinations

Participants should follow CDC guidelines and consult their physician for travel-related vaccinations. Updated recommendations are provided in March or upon enrollment.
