Program Specifics

Flight to New York

Transportation via motor coach from New York to the trip starting point in Ithaca is included. For participants traveling from outside the NY, NJ, CT, or PA areas, we can assist with flight arrangements and provide chaperoned accommodations the night before departure.

Return Flight Home from Orlando, Florida

Our leaders will assist with check-in and stay with participants until flights depart.

Food and Meals

Experience a culinary journey at teen-approved restaurants, featuring a mix of local favorites and delicious dining options. Indulge in meals at renowned establishments like the Cheesecake Factory and Hard Rock Café, and don’t miss out on dessert at local gems like Cow’s Ice Cream and Voodoo Donuts. Rooming

Stay in safe, comfortable accommodations with options for doubles or triples. Each participant will have their own bed, providing a cozy retreat after action-packed days.

Laundry

One week’s worth of clothing is all you need! We’ll visit local laundromats weekly and provide detergent and dryer sheets, easing any concerns about laundry.

What’s Included

Tuition covers lodging, breakfast and dinner daily, all listed recreation, airport transfers, internal flights, gratuities, and motor coach transportation from New York to Ithaca. Lunches, snacks, personal spending money, and laundry are not included. Optional travel insurance is available and highly recommended.
