✈️ Airport Transfers (Supervised – Optional Add-On)

To ensure safe and stress-free travel, fully supervised airport transfers are available at an additional cost. This service is particularly reassuring for students travelling independently.

Flight Time Windows

  • Arrivals: 06:00 – 18:00 BST

  • Departures: 08:00 – 22:00 BST

The mode of transport is determined based on the number of students arriving at similar times and travelling to the same campus. Specific transport types cannot be requested.

Student safety and wellbeing are prioritised at all times. Dedicated residential staff live on campus and are available day and night to supervise, support, and assist students.

  • May leave campus during designated times

  • Must be in groups of two or more

  • Must sign out and carry emergency contact details

  • Curfews apply; students may not leave campus after curfew

Public transport use is generally prohibited unless written permission is given.

🌅 Morning: Wake-Up & Breakfast (07:30–09:00)

Students start the day in modern university accommodation near Imperial College London.

  • 07:30–08:45 – Breakfast 🍳 Breakfast is served on campus, giving students a chance to fuel up and socialise before lessons.

  • 08:45–09:00 – Walk to Class 🚶‍♂️ Students walk together through South Kensington, passing landmarks like Hyde Park and world-class museums.

📚 Morning Academics: University-Style Learning (09:00–12:30)

  • 09:00–10:30 – Interactive Lecture or Seminar 🧠 Students take part in university-style lectures, workshops, or seminars related to their subject (e.g. architecture, business, medicine, engineering).

For families who would like additional privacy and convenience, a limited number of single bedrooms (with a private bathroom) are available to reserve through payment of an Single room Reservation Fee.

Availability is limited and subject to specific conditions, outlined below. We encourage families to read this section carefully before booking.

  • If demand exceeds supply, single rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

👉 If an single room cannot be allocated:

  • The student will be assigned a twin bedroom

  • The Single Room Reservation Fee will be fully refunded
