Set in the heart of the Swiss Alps, the Leysin Summer Leadership Camp 2026 offers students aged 13–17 a distinctive two-week experience that blends alpine adventure with purposeful leadership development.
Based in a historic former palace hotel in the picturesque mountain village of Leysin, the programme combines expert-led leadership modules, interactive workshops, and real-world challenges designed to build confidence, resilience, and essential 21st-century skills.
Supported by experienced mentors, students develop a Personal Action Plan that guides their continued growth long after the programme ends. The result is a powerful experience that encourages students to step outside their comfort zones while gaining the mindset and tools needed to lead with confidence.
Students take part in a carefully structured programme that blends leadership education with hands-on outdoor adventure.
Through expert-led leadership modules, participants engage in interactive workshops focused on:
Communication skills
Teamwork and collaboration
Goal setting and strategic thinking
Personal growth and resilience
The curriculum follows a “learning by doing” approach, meaning leadership concepts are applied immediately during outdoor challenges and group activities.
Students participate in a wide range of alpine experiences such as:
High ropes courses
