Transfers operate from London Heathrow Airport on official arrival and departure days and are included in the programme price. Afternoons offer a dynamic mix of activities such as goal setting, 21st Century Skills sessions, directed study, enrichment workshops, and excursions. These activities typically run until 4:30–5:00 PM, allowing students to explore new ideas, build confidence, and enjoy the unique academic environment of Oxford or Cambridge. 🌿✨
In the early evening, students enjoy dinner with their classmates, creating a relaxed social environment where friendships grow. After dinner, some days include optional activities such as welcome talks, reflection sessions, or celebratory events. Pick-up generally takes place between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, though special events—such as a celebratory dinner or end-of-week social—may run later. 🌙🎉
Parents or guardians are responsible for morning drop-off and evening pick-up within the designated timetable windows.
