🎓 Course Overview

This two-week summer leadership camp for young people aged 10–17 is hosted at an international day and boarding school in Pully, on the shores of Lake Geneva just outside Lausanne. Mornings are devoted to leadership workshops delivered with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the EHL Hospitality School of Lausanne and the camp's own counsellors, while afternoons bring Alpine and lake adventures. The camp runs as both a residential (boarding) and a day programme, with campers grouped as Juniors (10–12), Teens (13–14) and Seniors (15–17).

📚 Academic Content

Each morning from 09:00, campers take part in leadership workshops led by certified coaches, tailored to their age group. The main language is English, and students with basic everyday English are welcome.

Partner Experiences

The programme includes a visit to the IOC headquarters in Lausanne with the chance to meet Olympians, and hospitality-style etiquette sessions inspired by the EHL Hospitality School. Recent camps have also included a "Top Chef Challenge", in which teams created and launched their own restaurant concepts.

📍 Campus & Location

The camp is based on the school campus in Pully-Lausanne, set on Lake Geneva with the Alps close by. Geneva Airport is about 45 minutes away. The lakeside location gives easy access to water sports on Lake Geneva, while day trips take campers into the Swiss Alps and the surrounding region.

🏫 Accommodation & Meals

Boarding campers live in the boarding house in the school's historic building, with two floors for girls and two for boys. Most rooms are doubles, with some triples, and rooms are allocated by age, gender and nationality. Roommate requests are accepted but cannot be guaranteed.

Meals are freshly prepared, with a vegetarian option at each meal, and allergies and other dietary requirements are accommodated. Boarders receive full board; day campers join the daytime programme.

🚌 Excursions & Activities

Afternoons are spent on outdoor adventures, including canyoning in the Gruyère region, a Glacier 3000 expedition in the Swiss Alps, nature and mountain hikes, water sports and sailing on Lake Geneva, whitewater rafting, via ferrata and high ropes courses.

Evenings bring bonfires and barbecues, karaoke, disco nights, gala dinners, talent shows, cooking competitions and campfire songs, creating a lively international community.

2027 Dates & Fees 📅

The camp runs two two-week sessions in 2027, each available as a residential (boarding) or day camp. Fees are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).

• Monday 5 July – Sunday 18 July 2027 — Length: 2 weeks — Residential: CHF 6,900 — Day: CHF 3,950

• Monday 19 July – Sunday 1 August 2027 — Length: 2 weeks — Residential: CHF 6,900 — Day: CHF 3,950

Payment and cancellation: a non-refundable down payment of CHF 1,000 is required. Cancellations made 60 or more days before camp incur a 50% cancellation fee; from 59 days before camp, no camp fees are refunded. A visa support letter is issued only once the full camp fee has been paid.

Transfers: Geneva Airport transfers are included for arrivals between 08:00 and 18:00 and departures between 09:00 and 20:00 on the official days; other times or days incur an extra fee. Children under 15 may use an airline unaccompanied-minor service, at additional cost.

Morning leadership workshops with the IOC, the EHL Hospitality School and the camp's counsellors, afternoon outdoor activities, evening activities, full-board meals and accommodation (boarding campers), insurance, the services of the on-campus nurse, and Geneva Airport transfers within the set times.

Not included: flights, airline unaccompanied-minor fees, and transfers outside the set times or days.

🛡️ Safety & Welfare

The school nurse is on campus every day until 22:00 and on call overnight. The nurse holds campers' prescribed medication and makes sure it is taken correctly, and local doctors are contacted for any serious issue. Insurance is included in the fee. Phones and tablets are allowed but may only be used at designated times, helping campers focus on the programme and on each other.
