Accommodation is available in single or twin rooms, depending on the tier chosen. Plus students can choose single or twin, Superior guarantees an ensuite, and Premier provides concierge-selected rooms. All options include shared spaces and on-course staff for support.

Meals are provided on a half-board basis, including daily breakfast and dinner served either at the accommodation or at carefully selected local restaurants. Students purchase their own lunch. Dietary requirements and preferences are fully accommodated.

Airport Transfers ✈️

Transfers operate from London Heathrow Airport on official arrival and departure days and are included in the programme price. Staff are stationed at Heathrow between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to welcome students, coordinate transfers, and ensure a smooth arrival. Families are encouraged to book flights arriving before 3:00 PM so students can join the last transfer of the day.

Each morning, students arrive on campus within the set arrival window and begin their day with seminars, tutorials, or independent study depending on the timetable. Academic sessions typically run from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with a short morning break to keep them refreshed and focused. ☕📘

Afternoons offer a blend of enrichment and academic development. Day students take part in masterclasses, Q&A sessions, industry insights, city tours, tutorial work, and supervised study. These sessions run from early afternoon until around 5:00 PM, giving students the chance to deepen their understanding, explore new ideas, and fully participate in the academic community. 🌿✨

Evenings include a mix of structured and optional activities. Day students stay for dinner, which is included in the programme, and may join the relaxed evening socials that follow. These events help students unwind, build friendships, and enjoy the campus atmosphere.
