Course Description: Global Young Leaders Course for Teens at Winchester College

Hosted at the historic Winchester College, founded in 1382, this Global Young Leaders summer programme is designed for students who want to strengthen their English while developing leadership, innovation, and 21st-century skills. Set on a safe, spacious boarding school campus in the south of England, the programme blends academic learning, creativity, teamwork, and cultural exploration in a supportive international environment.

A unique feature of the course is the inclusion of British student hosts of the same age, helping international students build friendships, practise English naturally, and feel fully integrated into campus life.

📘 Academic Programme

English level: B1–C1 (Intermediate to Advanced)

Total tuition: 20 hours per week

Core Subjects

Students study all four subjects each week:

  • English – fluency, accuracy, confidence, communication

  • STEM – problem-solving, logic, innovation

  • Young Entrepreneur – creativity, teamwork, business thinking

  • Presentation Skills – confidence, structure, public speaking

08:15–09:15 – Breakfast & morning meeting

09:15–12:40 – Academic sessions (English, STEM, Entrepreneurship, Presentation Skills)

12:45–14:00 – Lunch & free time on campus

14:00–18:00 – Multi-activities, sports, workshops or excursions

18:00–18:45 – Dinner

19:30–21:15 – Evening social programme

21:15–22:00 – House meeting & bedtime

Students also have supervised free time to explore Winchester’s historic city centre.
