Transfers operate from London Heathrow Airport on official arrival and departure days and are included in the programme price. After dinner, some days include optional activities such as welcome talks, reflection sessions, or celebratory events. Pick-up generally takes place between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM, though special events—such as a celebratory dinner or end-of-week social—may run later. 🌙🎉
Parents or guardians are responsible for morning drop-off and evening pick-up within the designated timetable windows.
