Overview

Combine daily football coaching with Celtic FC coaches (incl. Lennoxtown training day and a Celtic Park tour) with English lessons that develop speaking, listening, grammar, and project skills. Evenings feature organised activities; weekends include classic Scottish excursions.

🛏️ Accommodation (Residential)

• Wolfson Hall: 72 ensuite single rooms (some standard rooms also available)

• Linen/towels provided; weekly changes • Cleaning before arrival, again within 6–8 days, then weekly

• Wi-Fi in campus & accommodation • Deposit: £100/€120 • Lost key: £30

• Kitchen/appliances: Not Available for student use

• Welfare & safety: Centre/Activity/Excursion Managers; first-aid trained Welfare Coordinator; staff in uniform & lanyards; students wear ID lanyard

Course Details

Entry test: online Grammar/Listening + Speaking/Writing on arrival.

Levels A1+ to C1+

• Teacher : student 1:18

• Half-day lessons (not zig-zag).

30 hours/week for a 14-night stay • Lesson length 1h 40m.

Football Training

Daily coaching at University of Glasgow with Celtic FC coaches.

Specials: Lennoxtown coaching day + Celtic Park stadium tour (classic paid entries included).

🎒 Activity Programme & Excursions

Evenings: Welcome Disco, Football Tournament, Culture Nights, Talent Show, Staff vs Students Sports, TikTok Challenges, Murder Mystery, Yearbook Making, Leavers Party.

Sunday language-based activity day (survey/interview task).

Full-day excursions:

• Edinburgh – Edinburgh Castle (paid entry) & National Museum

• St Andrews & Dundee – St Andrews Town, V&A Dundee & museum

• Glasgow – Celtic Park tour (paid entry), Riverside Museum, Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum

Good to Know

Ages: 11–18 • Senior team & welfare 24/7 • No 24h reception (safe box in office).
