Match-play sessions and competitive scenarios
Tennis-specific physical conditioning and agility work
Video analysis sessions to accelerate learning and understanding
End-of-camp tournaments and friendly competitive matches
Training takes place across multiple court surfaces, including red clay, synthetic, and hard courts, supporting well-rounded player development.

Alongside the elite programme, a recreational tennis pathway is available for children and teens who are new to tennis or wish to explore the sport in a relaxed, confidence-building environment.
This pathway focuses on enjoyment and fundamentals rather than performance pressure.
Key features include:
Introduction to tennis basics (grips, strokes, movement, and rules)
Game-based learning and playful drills
Emphasis on confidence, coordination, teamwork, and fun
Small group instruction with close coach support
Campers in the recreational pathway follow the same daily schedule, accommodation, meals, supervision, and activities as all participants, ensuring a full camp experience alongside tennis discovery.
***
Each day follows a consistent and clearly structured schedule with three supervised activity blocks:
Morning: 08:00 – 12:00
Afternoon: 14:00 – 18:00
Evening: 19:00 – 22:00
This structure blends tennis training, outdoor activities, and social experiences, helping campers develop discipline, time management, independence, and confidence in a supportive environment.
