Course Description: Half-Day Adult / Parent English Programme in Kensington, Central London

📍 Location & Setting

This adult English programme is based in Kensington, central London, a safe and well-connected residential area ideal for families spending time in the city. Classes are held in an impressive six-floor academic building, located just five minutes’ walk from Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court Underground stations, making it easy to reach from anywhere in London.

The centre is designed for families, allowing adults, children, and teenagers to study in the same building, each following age-appropriate courses. Many adult participants are parents whose children or teens are enrolled in junior or teen programmes at the same location, making it a convenient and cohesive learning experience for families.

  • Age: 18 years and above

  • English levels: Elementary to Advanced (A2–C1)

Students are grouped by English level to ensure lessons are appropriately paced, supportive, and engaging.

📚 Academic Programme – Adult English (Half Day)

Adults follow a half-day English course with 15 hours of tuition per week, running Monday to Friday.

  • Class times:

  • Morning: 09:00–12:30

  • Afternoon option: 13:30–17:00 (subject to demand)

  • Maximum class size: 10 students

Before arrival, students complete a written placement test and needs analysis, followed by an oral assessment on the first day, ensuring accurate class placement and personalised learning focus.
