If you’re fascinated by how markets work, how nations trade, or how decisions shape the global economy, the London Economics Summer School at University College London (UCL) is the perfect place to begin.

Designed for students aged 15–18, this two-week academic programme introduces participants to the principles of economics and how they apply to the real world. You’ll learn how economists analyse data, interpret market trends, and design policies to solve global challenges — all while experiencing university life in the heart of London.

This course offers a comprehensive introduction to both microeconomics and macroeconomics, combining theoretical learning with real-world applications. Through small-group discussions, data-driven exercises, and case studies, students explore how individuals, businesses, and governments make economic decisions.
