🛬 Airport Transfers

Complimentary airport transfers from London Heathrow (LHR) are provided:

  • Arrivals: Between 8:00 AM and 3:45 PM on the Sunday course start date

  • Departures: On the Saturday following course completion for flights between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM BST Unaccompanied minor service is available for an additional fee of £145 (departure only)​2025 Brochure_13-15s.

08:00–09:00 – Breakfast in the dining hall

16:00–18:00 – Cultural excursions, sports, or study support
