Location

The University of Oxford is made up of over 30 colleges, each with its own unique character and charm. From colleges located in the historic city centre, with its cobbled streets and ancient buildings, to the modern and spacious Science Area, the university offers a diverse range of learning environments.

You and your new friends will enjoy an amazing extracurricular timetable including dazzling graduation balls, excursions to explore Britain’s diverse history, and so much more.

Accommodations

What’s life like at the oldest university in the English-speaking world? Your Oxford Premium Program is hosted in historic residential colleges where you will experience authentic undergraduate life.

Sleep in bedrooms set in centuries-old quadrangles, socialise in student common rooms and relax in breathtaking gardens.

Most of our accommodation sites offer a mix of single and twin bedrooms. Some campuses have en-suite bedrooms while others have bathroom facilities shared between a small group of same-sex students.

Meals

Breakfast dinner and lunch are included in the course fees.

If you have any dietary requirements you must let us know at least 60 days in advance of your course start date so that we can cater to your requirements.

All meals offer a vegetarian option (which must be booked in advance). We are not always able to provide special Kosher or Halal food as a dining option; students with these dietary requirements will sometimes be offered the vegetarian option, so you must let us know in advance what foods you cannot eat.

All medical dietary requirements such as lactose intolerance and any food allergies must be reported to us at least 60 days in advance of your course start date so that we can ensure you receive the correct meals.

Pocket Money

You should bring enough money with you to cover the cost of any snacks, drinks, or souvenirs you may wish to purchase. Prices vary depending on where you shop, so it's a good idea to plan your budget in advance. If you plan on doing a lot of shopping, you may need to budget slightly more.

Transportation

We offer a reassuring transfer service in the UK and USA.

Arrival Support:

  • Staff present at London Heathrow (LHR) on specific dates and times for student pickup.

  • Flights must land between 06:00 and 14:00 BST for transfer eligibility.

  • Multiple transport options: private taxi, shared taxi, minibus, or coach.

  • Transport type determined by factors like arrival times and student numbers.

Departure Support:

  • Staff available at LHR on set dates for departure assistance.

  • Flights should depart between 08:00 and 18:00 BST.

  • Early morning flights include wake-up calls and packed breakfast.

**Transfer Prices: **GBP 200 one-way for both arrival and departure transfers, with comprehensive services included.

Notes for parents and students:

  • Arrival day for all programs: Sunday (Check specific program dates for correct Sunday)

  • Arrival time: Between 15:00 and 17:00 (Arrival before 17:00 for welcome reception is recommended)
